Raul has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and finance in multinational organizations. He has managed manufacturing facilities in Mexico and the United States. He has experience as Plant Manager, Project Manager, Plant Controller, and CFO.

Raul is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and also speaks conversational German. He has lived in Mexico, England, Switzerland and the United States. Raul is also very familiar with Puerto Rico having spent over 3 years managing several projects in this Caribbean island.

He has been a faculty member at the University of Phoenix, teaching International Business.

Raul holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Alliant International University in San Diego, California, a Master of Business Administration degree from IPADE in Mexico City and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from La Salle University in Mexico City.
